Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LzyPOD. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

LzyPOD lets you generate print-ready designs from text prompts and create lifestyle mockups from your product photos. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account. One account per person or business unless agreed otherwise.

3. Credits and plans

• Generations cost credits (for example, 1 credit for a standard design and 5 for a premium design). Exact costs are shown in the app before you generate.
• Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits roll over and do not expire while your subscription is active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before changes affect your renewal.

4. Ownership and your right to sell

You own the designs and mockups you create with LzyPOD, and every paid plan includes a commercial license – you may sell your designs on Etsy, Amazon, your own store, or anywhere else, subject to those platforms' rules.

You are responsible for what you create. Do not generate content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, or other rights, or that is illegal, hateful, or violates the content policies of our AI providers. AI-generated output may not be eligible for exclusive copyright in every jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not resell or redistribute the LzyPOD service itself, or use it to build a competing generation service.
• Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse the API, or disrupt the service.
• Do not generate content depicting real people without consent, minors in any unsafe context, or other prohibited content.

6. Refunds

Our money-back guarantee and eligibility rules are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep LzyPOD running reliably but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. AI output quality can vary and depends on third-party engines.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LzyPOD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from how you use generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination

You can stop using LzyPOD and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which LzyPOD is established. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
