Privacy Policy

LzyPOD ("we", "us") helps print-on-demand sellers generate designs and lifestyle mockups. We collect as little as we need to run the service, and we never sell your data.

1. What we collect

• Your email address – used to sign you in (we use passwordless magic links, so we do not store passwords).
• Your prompts and generated images – stored so you can access them in your gallery.
• Billing details – processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep your plan, credit balance, and invoice records.
• Basic usage analytics – we use Simple Analytics, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and does not track you across sites.
• A session cookie – a single secure, HttpOnly cookie that keeps you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: generate designs, store your gallery, apply your credits and plan.
• To process payments, prevent abuse, and send essential account emails (sign-in links, receipts).
• To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run LzyPOD:

• Stripe – payments and subscriptions.
• Google (Gemini) and Replicate – the AI engines that generate and upscale your images. Your prompt and reference images are sent to generate your output.
• Cloudflare R2 – secure storage for your generated images.
• Email provider – to deliver sign-in links and receipts.
• Simple Analytics – privacy-first, cookieless usage stats.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

4. Your designs are yours

You own the designs you create (see our Terms). We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs and we do not use your private designs to train models.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and gallery for as long as your account is active. You can delete generated images at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing us.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@lzypod.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store no card data, hash and protect session tokens, and limit access to your data to what is required to operate the service.

8. Children

LzyPOD is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
