Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with LzyPOD. Subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to fair-use conditions below.
The guarantee
If LzyPOD is not for you, you can request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 7 days, as long as:
- you are within 7 days of that payment;
- you have generated fewer than 20 images on the account; and
- you have not received a refund from us before.
These conditions keep the guarantee genuine while preventing abuse (generating a full catalogue, then asking for the money back).
What is not refundable
- Renewal payments after the first 7 days of a billing period.
- Accounts that have generated 20 or more images.
- One-time credit packs, which are consumable and non-refundable once purchased.
How to request a refund
Open your account page in the app and use the refund option, or email hello@lzypod.com from your account email. Eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank).
Cancelling instead
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the current paid period.
